Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags remain attached and the products are in brand-new condition.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
