When will my order ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the specific product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition or clearance items may be marked as final sale.
How do your shirts fit?
Most of our tees are printed on premium 100% cotton blanks with a standard retail fit. We provide a detailed size chart on every product page to help you find your perfect fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our horror gear worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and a photo of the product for a replacement.
